Over the four weeks, I lost 14 lbs (6.3 kg), which I was really surprised and pleased by. I also noticed I slept better, had no acid reflux, and my psoriasis was much less itchy and annoying. I also have more energy. Best of all, it’s been easy for me to adopt as a lifestyle, and has really stuck.

I lost 12.5lbs (5.6kg) in four weeks and I’m over the moon – I can’t believe how much better I feel in myself. I’m sleeping better, my IBS has settled down a lot, and I’ve rediscovered enjoyment of food rather than just eating for the sake of eating, as well as a few new favourite recipes! It makes a lovely change to eat yummy food and not feel guilty about enjoying it.

At 120kg I used to hide from the camera but now I’m 90kg and fighting fit (planning to hit 85kg soon). All this in just a few months thanks to Dr. Maisie Loagille. However, weight loss is only part of the story. I have suffered from high blood-pressure and other related problems which, little by little are starting to disappear.

my journey has taught me that healthy eating doesn’t have to be about expensive superfoods, shopping at elite health food stores, or sacrificing more money that you can really afford to. I believe that simplicity and consistency are the real key, and that by enjoying a diet of whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables daily, and the rewards that good health offers? They’re absolutely priceless.

Hi! I've been a strick vegan for many years, and at first I lost alot of weight. Then over the past few years, my weight crept back up,197lbs to be exact. So I'm struggling along using my fitness pal counting every calorie. Losing weight was such a struggle. I follow the rules and it works! Not only did I lose 45 lbs, but I feel great! Energetic and most of my aches and pains have vanished! People think it's too hard too restricted, but it's the complete opposite! It's freeing !I no longer count calories, I eat my delicious whole foods to my heart's content! The scale keeps going down and my energy keeps going up!
